JOB SUMMARY:

The Director of Christian Science Nursing is responsible for maintaining a high standard of patient care by planning, coordinating, supervising, and evaluating nursing services. DOCSN ensures that all patients receive proper nursing care consistent with the Manual of The Mother Church and with standards and policies established by The Commission for Accreditation of Christian Science Nursing Organizations and Facilities. The DOCSN works closely with the Executive Director and governing board to provide an atmosphere supportive of healing and is responsible for inspiring and motivating the nursing staff. High ethical and moral standards are also expected.
